I've been waiting for someone to ask for a review. I'm so pleased with the cushion cover and the speed in which it was made and delivered. I still haven't used it yet because we're still redoing an older condo we just purchased. Everything we've tried to update has been a struggle do to sizes of certain items. But not the window long cushion I was surprised how easy it all was. I googled cushion covers, found this site, took measurements and submitted a photo, picked a color and paid. It was so refreshing to have something just go smoothly. I did try it on the cushion and it's a perfect fit and good quality. The company had reached out to me because they were concerned about the piping. I explained I didn't want the piping and they listened. I can't wait to sit on it and look out at our beautiful view.
I am very happy with the quality of the product but I paid extra for shipping to receive by a certain date and it came a week later than the guaranteed date. However, after submitting feedback to the company, they were very receptive and were able to address my concerns about the expedited shipping fees.

I wanted a cover to provide more shade in under my pergola. Unfortunately it was oddly shaped and found it hard to find a service that could accomplish what we needed. Thank goodness we came across Covers & All. We worked with them over the phone to explain what we needed and filled out the form. They called us after they got the order to make sure we got what we needed. Everything worked out great and we can use our patio. Very happy and price was reasonable.
I would order an inch smaller my cover was a little big
This company is a total scam! I placed an order for 3 skylight covers and paid for expedited service, my cc was charged the next day (July 15) for $137.05. The is review is written August 10, and I have no skylight covers and no refund to my cc. Supposedly FedEx lost the order, but after a million calls and e-mails to both covers and all and FedEx zero resolution. FedEx says covers and all will have to refund and the customer service is total crap. I have been told email (which I have done 3 times) and you get no reply! Same with calling, you are talking to someone in the UK? They tell me a supervisor will call first within 2 hours, next time it was 6 hours. I have decided I will never see my covers and never get a refund, but I will get the word out that this company is a full on scam.
