We recommend taking the cover off at regular time intervals and keeping the cover elevated to approximately 1 inch from the ground. We love our covers. They fit great and are well-made and durable. Mainly we gotnthem to cover our smaller patio set that we have off of our kitchen. I feel like we made a good decision going with this company.
I received 18 cushion covers in July, and one was damaged. I have been trying since then to get it replaced, after sending photos, videos, emails, and texts. The absurd excuses from numerous individuals, in India, were insulting and nothing has happened to fix the situation. They are hoping that I will give up.

The "fabric" felt cheap and plastic like. I wanted outdoor fabric not a cheap feeling plastic. Asked for a refund and was told I could not because it was custom ordered. I wasn't offered an alternative so I will never order from you guys again!
