Sent in my measurements and assumed production would take several weeks. To my surprise my cover was delivered within one week, the fit was perfect, and it rained the first night after I installed the cover - worked perfectly.

I have an irregular shaped sofa with side tables. We went back and forth a number of times to make sure all measurements were accurate. I realized I HAD made some errors that they were questioning. We finally got it sorted out and my cover fits perfectly. I recieved it just in time for the rain.

We ordered 3 cushion covers in Navy blue. From the beginning we were appraised of the status of the order from construction to total shipment. It arrived on schedule which was reassuring since it took a few weeks to arrive, since it came from India. The quality of the construction was great and it fit perfectly. (One of the dimensions was a half inch, 30.5 inches) They did a great job of making certain that the zipper was hidden with material. We would order from here again. The one thing that we suggest people do is to verify the material that is being used. We got outdoor/water proof material for indoor cushions.

The designer was dedicated to getting the right fit. When I would get a call from someone (not the designer), I could not understand what she was saying. I sure she knew English well enough but her accent made it very difficult to understand her. The written communications were fine, though it took several attempts to get it right. I would get messages asking for dimensions they hadn't asked for before and the design would sometimes revert to dimensions that had previously been corrected. Still, it was all worth it.

The cover is clear and heavy duty as I was wanting, but came out totally not fitting like I had hoped. Gave them the exact factory measurements for my loveseat, but what I got was way too big. I wanted a clear cover to keep my cats from getting it stained or clawing at the material. But, I took a chance, so I guess it is just my tuff luck.
