I tried to modify my order within hours of placing it and was told it was too late and that the order was already in production. It was literally 2 hours later! And no changes could be made. For another issue I tried to call customer service and speaking to a representative was not an option.
Also, I received my credit card bill with a mysterious $150 charge on it from Coversandall with no corresponding purchase. I am still working on that through my bank.
