This is the second set we have purchased for our back patio. The first set started coming apart at the zipper after two years. I do think they made the zipper more reinforced this time, so I am very pleased.
I was super excited when my curtains shipped rather quickly, but then rather disappointed when I found out they actually come from another country, not the state of Georgia where I thought the company was based. Although it took a bit of time when they arrived they were great--until I realized I only had my partial order. I was never informed that only part of my order was shipped & I had to call at least three times before anyone actually understood my whole situation. They thought it had all been shipped too! It has been over a month now & although the company has been paid the entire order I am still waiting on the rest of my curtains... this last time I spoke to someone supposedly they will be shipped by the end of this week (even though I heard same thing last week & they still have not been shipped)! The quality of the items are great... once you receive them, that is!
Love how specific the design team is regarding measurements. Received several texts with questions but could never respond to texts. Had to call and ask them to send questions to me by email. Worked out fine but after a month and a half started to wonder if we would get our cover before winter was over. So far cover works good and seems to be ok in snow. We have one for our hot tub and it works great.
Covers&All had good communication and sent design photos prior to constructing the swamp cooler cover. I was allowed to make adjustments to the final design and it fits great.
I had a custom cover made for my "Lazy L" pool. The cover arrived exactly as described and designed through the iterative design process with the designers. In retrospect, the only thing I would have done differently was to send them a CAD file of my pool with dimensions sooner. The only complaint was that it was apparent that the e-mail messages were written by a non-native English speaker, leading to some confusion in the design process. Otherwise, 100% pleased - just allow yourself an extra month or so for the design process if you're ordering a custom cover.
The instructions for measuring our fire pit were very clear and easy to follow. And our cover fits our fire pit perfectly.

Clear vinyl is not as clear/distortion free as boat eisenglass. No stitching, just heat pressed together. With pressed folds at edges.
When looking up my tracking, it said it was out for delivery in Iowa, I live in Wisconsin. Then I got a delivered msg, with a pic that wasn't my porch...when I got home it was delivered though

They don't make the covers the correct size then they act like they are interested in resolving the problem. The Escalation team asks for more measurements, video and pics… then they blame the customer for incorrect measurements. Covers and all will not return or refund! They are scammers NEVER AGAIN

It took a LONG time to get the cover into production. The "proprietary software " that changed other dimension with each up date made it difficult to finish the job. That said, the attention to detail was admirable and the cover fits well and we like it.
