I had to reach our to customer service and they were fast to respond and helped us with what we needed.
The problem: my "custom" cover was fabricated two inches short of my specifications. I asked for 84" and received an 82" cover. No big deal, mistakes happen, let's roll up the sleeves and get this fixed. Customer service representative Richard Parker, Escalation Specialist (real title!) asked me to submit videos with measuring tapes included to show proof of the error. I completed this step with careful attention. I even flattened out the cover with a 2x10 to ensure measuring accuracy and submitted the video along with three other requested videos. Always happy to help Richard Parker responds by questioning the merit of my videos and my measuring methods. Hmm. I begin to wonder if Richard Parker is escalating fairly. After additional back and forth, Richard finally cries uncle to the obvious video evidence, admits responsibility for the error but then attempts a jujitsu-level escalation tactic and asks that I pay shipping fees for the replacement. Uh, no thank you Richard, I thought you were here to help? Then began a series of new emails where Richard Parker claims new and fantastically implausible reasons why their error didn't warrant a replacement, even stating that my custom cover somehow had "default" measurements, despite the website allowing me to input all measurements (even curvature). Richard Parker's next offer ask that I pay 50% of the new cover replacement. Okay we're all done here. Refund please. I've requested a refund and have heard nothing. If anyone else sees Richard Parker, please forward this to him. Also, shop elsewhere.

I bought a standard size chair cover thinking it could be returned if it didn't fit. The cover didn't fit and I learned afterward it can't be returned. I am stuck with something I can't use and wasted my money. I am looking for a better alternative to buy from.

They spotted several potential problems on the pics and asked me to confirm certain measurements. It's a good thing they did! After changing the measurements a bit, I was very pleasantly surprised with the truly custom fit of all my new covers.
