Covers & All produce a good product that I feel will last for many years. They took the dimensions I supplied and implemented them exactly - only problem with this was that I added my own ideas regarding tolerances and so the finished cover is a little too large - my fault. The finished cover arrived very quickly I felt - in about two weeks from the date of order placement.

The cushion covers are of high quality at a fair price. My order was delivered exactly as promised, a day or two earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend Covers&all and will use them again in the future.
I requested an order be cancelled with the explanation being that I needed to adjust the measurements and would reorder. I then received an email saying I had to take action to cancel the order. This is offensive that you would not honor my initial request and I had to deal with it again, Maybe it is a cultural difference.
Otherwise, your sales and technical staff have been excellent in my many orders placed with your company.

The cover for our chaise lounge needed some custom adjustments. The company contacted us several times to verify measurements and make sure it was going to be a good fit. Overall we are very satisfied with the custom cover. It looks like it will do a good job of protecting the cushions. The only disappointment was that we ordered the cover with elastic and push clips to attach the cover to the chaise lounge. The cover arrived without the clips. Customer Service was very responsive to the inquiry. They refunded the extra money we paid for the push clips that we did not receive. The cover fits snug enough that the elastic should be enough to keep it from blowing off the chaise.
