The cover for our chaise lounge needed some custom adjustments. The company contacted us several times to verify measurements and make sure it was going to be a good fit. Overall we are very satisfied with the custom cover. It looks like it will do a good job of protecting the cushions. The only disappointment was that we ordered the cover with elastic and push clips to attach the cover to the chaise lounge. The cover arrived without the clips. Customer Service was very responsive to the inquiry. They refunded the extra money we paid for the push clips that we did not receive. The cover fits snug enough that the elastic should be enough to keep it from blowing off the chaise.

It was very easy to order. The cushion covers that I wanted. The directions were very clear to make sure that I got the exact dimensions that I needed. One of their designers got back to me and showed proposed images to make sure that the item they were processing is exactly the item that I wanted. I noticed that I had made a couple mistakes in zipper placement and was able to make that clear.
