We are pleased with the product (except for the air bag that won't stay inflated) -- but my one criticism is that the company kept reaching out, needing more info from me, and it was a bit challenging to get back in touch directly with them. It would be nice to be able to respond to their emails -- just to answer a quick question -- but their system is a little tricky (IMO) to navigate. I had to call them and it ended up that my order was delayed quite a bit from the various back and forth. Otherwise I like the company and would not hesitate to order again from them.
Received just before the rains and the cover is doing well.
Overall I am pleased with the product, easy to put on! A bit smaller fit then expected making it challenging to secure on windy days.
Great product, the construction is exactly what I would have expected. My only concern was the fabric is a little bit more plastic / outdoorsy feeling and we were using it for an inside purpose. We still get lots of compliments on it.
The product is good - but every time I had to deal with customer service to verify things, there is a communication breakdown. Due to the language barrier (yes, they speak english), but there is something to be said for the term "lost in translation". It would be worth it for this company to hire local people to deal with customer relations.

Received my chaise cover in good order. Took a bit longer than expected, but very good quality. Received it in time for a massive snowstorm -- now the furniture is well protected!
I'm impressed that for the price I had the ability to "customize" the cover to some extent. The material is heavy duty and it does the trick, although happily (at least so far this winter) we haven't had horrible weather i. E., snow. Still, I like that our table/chairs are covered and dry during this rainy and wet season. My 4 Star Review is only because it took quite some time for me to hear from the company after ordering and asking a specific question, which was probably due to demand and Covid impact, but otherwise, I definitely recommend this product.
All three covers do not fit. Very disappointed in the ordering process and final products. Each dimension is critical for a proper custom fit and there is no double check to ensure accuracy.
It took several emails back and forth to get the exact measurements but overall it turned out great and I would recommend their product.

I have posted previously while waiting on my order how pleased I was with the communication. Covers & All (CAI) was outstanding with regards to communicating with me to ensure my order was perfect. I provided the initial measurements, any manufacturer information I had as well as pictures. We exchanged multiple e-mails so CAI could verify information or ask for more detail as well as for me to approve the final product design. I cannot stress enough how important it is, as the customer, to give as much information to CAI as possible so your order can be perfect. I absolutely love my covers.
The custom sized chest freezer cover I bought took many weeks (over a month) to arrive. But I am pleased with the quality of it and the size is just right. It is heavy, waterproof (we keep our freezer on the porch), and looks good. 4 stars because of the time it took to arrive.
Good covers except I have no idea how to inflate the air pillows. No instructions and worse, when I contacted them they said they didn't know and I would have to google it. Can you believe that? GOOGLE IT? How to use the air intake valve is not usual, so how am I going to google it? This particular person was very unhelpful previous encounter also, and maybe I should have went with my initial instinct and abort my order QUICKLY.

To clarify, your order was placed on 22 November for delivery by 10 December. Per the FedEx tracking page it was delivered on 11 January (one month late).
Our support team did put in an expedite request each time you contacted us. All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have begun showing improvement on most of our orders.
