Really pleased to get the cover for our outdoor patio gas fireplace and table. The cover is very durable and fits great. This cover has adjustable straps on all four corners, so it stays put and does not flap around in the wind. No rain penetrates the cover.
The product is good and meets my expectations. However it arrived almost four weeks late. I was reimbursed with 10% discount because of the delay. Such a delay is still unacceptable.

I can't thank Covers & All enough for making sure I measured my sectional couch correctly. They took great care to send me precise instructions and answer two key questions from me when measuring. As a result, the cover fits PERFECTLY and looks great.
Received my cover and it was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. The fabric was a lot for heavy-duty than I realized when I purchased it. Only wish I was given instructions on how to install the cover -- or at least a picture of what it should look like when properly installed.

My couch cover doesn't fit the couch very well so it almost slipped off during high winds. The cover doesn't go to the bottom of the couch. The other covers fit the fire table and ottoman perfectly. I wish I would have sent a photo of the couch so they could see the shape and size withe the measurements I sent. The covers are quality and keep the furniture dry and safe from the elements. I would recommend them.

The cover was perfect for our outdoor gas fire. It was definitely worth having it made to fit perfectly to the dimensions of the fireplace.
The order took much longer than originally estimated. The problem I have is that Covers and All did not keep me updated. I know they have my email address as I was receiving marketing email regularly. I began expecting and preparing for the order on Dec. 16 but nothing came. I tracked the order and chatted. They kept saying it will ship soon. I finally received my curtains on Jan 12.
We are pleased with the product (except for the air bag that won't stay inflated) -- but my one criticism is that the company kept reaching out, needing more info from me, and it was a bit challenging to get back in touch directly with them. It would be nice to be able to respond to their emails -- just to answer a quick question -- but their system is a little tricky (IMO) to navigate. I had to call them and it ended up that my order was delayed quite a bit from the various back and forth. Otherwise I like the company and would not hesitate to order again from them.
Received just before the rains and the cover is doing well.
Overall I am pleased with the product, easy to put on! A bit smaller fit then expected making it challenging to secure on windy days.
Great product, the construction is exactly what I would have expected. My only concern was the fabric is a little bit more plastic / outdoorsy feeling and we were using it for an inside purpose. We still get lots of compliments on it.

All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
