After waiting way longer my order more than 7 weeks, my order arrived dirty of foot prints all over which means i don't know exactly in which country have made that plastic but it was really dirty and marked, we had to stay one full day to clean it up... I'm not so happy about that especially during Covid bacterials time...
Communication was excellent. A delivery date was forecasted immediately upon placing the order (a custom order) and the delivery date was 100% accurate. Quality of materials and workmanship was beyond my expectations. I'm now looking around for more items which might be worth covering so I can enjoy this process again!

Started with one cover, ended up getting covers for all my patio furniture, then had covers made for dog kennel for the winter. Was using a blue tarp for the woodshed, now it actually looks NICE all year.
It's not cheap and was a long wait to receive the cover, but it is made well and does fit my bbq. The website and is helpful and the customer service is good.

I ordered custom chair protectors and sent pictures and measurements specifically so the chairs could be used during COVID. These covers were made as if the chair would be stored. I Called Customer service and they sent an email link to which I emailed the Feedback team. I received an auto response but heard nothing since November. I must say that the covers are good quality otherwise but they are completely unusable.

Bought outdoor furniture from Wayfair and when 3 covers were wrong, they sent us to your company for replacements. When they arrived, the fabric was wrong and the size was too big. I sent pictures and asked about returning them and was told there are no returns. I now have 3 covers that will not work with our new furniture.

I requested a change of shipping address when it was determined my order would not arrive for Christmas. I got a confirmaton that the change was made well before the ship date. It ended up being delivered to the billing address. I called and they gave me a 15% credit that only came to $23 and it cost me $35 to ship it to the correct address.

I checked my order's measurements at least 5 times before I paced the order. In addition, I followed their written instructions on the website, I took some time for it to arrive but now my water softener outside the house is protected from the UV rays. Love it!
The cover I ordered was to be 1 foot high 9 feet wide, with grommets in all four corners. Another words a flat sheet 1' x 9'.
That that is not a typical cover, matter of fact it's not a cover at all.
When I received it it was exactly what I ordered.
