I was happy to find a place to make a custom cover for our custom fire pit. We received the cover in just a few weeks and it fit like a glove!
We had to customize the cover we bought from one of their standards. Communication was great and the end product looks perfect.
First of all, the product is great. They are heavy duty, made well, and look great. Delivery of the product was 3 months past the scheduled date. Communication with the company is disappointing. They don't tell the truth. They tell you your items are in quality control or they are in line for shipping when the reality is they haven't even begun making them because they didn't have the materials due to supply chain issues and the pandemic. I'd rather be told the truth and given a realistic time frame for delivery than be lied to. When I received my package, one item was missing. I called and was told it would be shipped right away. Two weeks later when I checked back, I was told I needed to file a report. Again, a failure of reliable communication. Once I filed the report I received my missing item quickly. However, from a promised date of October 13,2020 to a completion date of February 24,2021 my experience with the company was fraught with frustration. Ignoring all of that and just considering the product itself, I am happy with what I received.
Had multiple custom sized clear vinyl sheets for deck. Excellent quality material.
I purchased a made to order winch cover and i chose the most durable material of 3 available choices and i can honestly say it is a top notch material that looks like it will last for many years in the elements. I am pleased with my choice of product and would not hesitate to deal with covers and all in the future.

Just what I needed, the bag was bigger than expected and fit my 7 foot Christmas tree with room to spare. Had a slight smell when first opened so I left it outside opened for awhile and the smell dissipated. Definitely recommend!
Ordered on Jan 6th. Paid for expedited shipping and was told i would have by Jan 18th. Date was then moved at least 4 times. Every time i called i could only talk to call center that simply told me date was moved. Once shipped i found out package was coming from India not from Lawrenceville Georgia. And then took over two weeks for one of the packages to finally arrive. I requested a refund on my expedited payment which I have not seen yet. So besides not getting the part when I needed it at least the product is what I ordered.

Very very satisfied. Covers and all Was very thorough and making sure my measurements were correct. They continued to work with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. As a customer that lives a busy lifestyle, I got behind and didn't respond promptly but they were very good following up with me And he kept sending me a reminder email so I could continue my order. The covers came quickly in the mail. They were in some very small packaging but that was no matter they worked perfectly fine. Very happy to be able to protect my furniture outside.

I DID NOT receive what I had ordered and did not get my product in time for Christmas and New Year as I had hoped. Instead of getting a "clean" 5X20 piece of 20 m plastic, I received a "tarp" with grommets in the corners and seams all around which could not be used. However, after contacting you and explaining what I had told your representative that I ordered, I received the product. Thank you - and it has turned out to be exactly what I wanted!

My cover is larger than my grill island requiring that I secure it with tie-down hooks. It is protecting my grill island but it was not manufactured to the specifications I provided. As a result, there is lots of excess material on top of the island that traps rain water. I am a bit disappointed.
