Product is great however it did take much longer than expected. Ordered in October received in January. Had to be the one to call for updates, they didn't let us know if date changes unless we called. In the end great product though so I guess that's what is important.
I had a good experience with Covers & All. I did not however realize that the covers were made out of plastic. I am afraid they will melt in the summer heat here in Florida. I was hoping we could order another set but made out of canvas material?

We handcraft each cover by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide us. As mentioned on the product page, we also encourage you to upload the image of the article you need the cover for — this ensures the cover is designed keeping your requirements in mind and also increases the possibility of us noticing any discrepancies in the measurements.
We understand that measuring the product may seem daunting at first. A 'How to Measure' guide is provided next to the measurement fields to help you. Our support team is also available 24x7 through our phone and chat helplines in case you need assistance.
To determine the error, please email us a few pictures of the Christmas Tree with and without the cover. Also include a picture of the tree showing the edge-to-edge measurements with a tape measure. We had an odd sized set of outdoor coffee tables and the cover we received was perfect size and VERY nice quality!

My outdoor furniture looked terrible. We tried everything to clean those cushions. The decision to cover them with these custom made covers ways the best decision ever! They came quickly, fit perfectly, and make our furniture look new again! Love it.

Your order was placed on 30 December with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 29 January. Per the FedEx tracking page it was delivered on 29 January. Note that we also offer faster turnaround options - Express and Priority. You can choose the desired turnaround based on the cost and delivery date displayed next to each option.

The material/fabric used for my cover was better than expected. I will use the cover on my grinding/sharpening machine, to keep saw dust and debris off when not in use. The web tools and commutation for making this custom sized cover was also very good. This was also my first business with coverandall an I will use them again in the future.
After I order back in October 2020 and calling every month being promised that it will arrive in a couple of weeks only when I told them that I will cancel my order it was ready and shipped in 3 days.

They responded by email and phone to double check measurements on odd-shaped custom fire pit cover. Nailed it, and beautiful, sturdy cover was delivered during pandemic.
I reported that the cover was too small and was told it was my error however the cover had a slight size difference that made it not able to fit the counter properly
Very easy to put on my cushions. They look so much better! Much cheaper than buying new cushions.
It was too tight at the bottom where the Elastic was so we trimmed it off. Otherwise, Works great now.

I was happy to find a place to make a custom cover for our custom fire pit. We received the cover in just a few weeks and it fit like a glove!
We had to customize the cover we bought from one of their standards. Communication was great and the end product looks perfect.
First of all, the product is great. They are heavy duty, made well, and look great. Delivery of the product was 3 months past the scheduled date. Communication with the company is disappointing. They don't tell the truth. They tell you your items are in quality control or they are in line for shipping when the reality is they haven't even begun making them because they didn't have the materials due to supply chain issues and the pandemic. I'd rather be told the truth and given a realistic time frame for delivery than be lied to. When I received my package, one item was missing. I called and was told it would be shipped right away. Two weeks later when I checked back, I was told I needed to file a report. Again, a failure of reliable communication. Once I filed the report I received my missing item quickly. However, from a promised date of October 13,2020 to a completion date of February 24,2021 my experience with the company was fraught with frustration. Ignoring all of that and just considering the product itself, I am happy with what I received.
