We would not order from Covers and All again. The product is good but it took several weeks longer than they said it would when we ordered, and every time we called the check in they said we will send it in 4 days, we promise! And then it continued to take weeks. That was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional (especially while we continued to receive daily marketing emails even knowing they were unable to create the orders they already had). Very bad service!
We've had this cover for two months now. Very waterproof and holding up well through lots of rain. The fit was perfect. Shipping faster than expected. We will order from this company again!

The product was fine. The expected delivery was very disappointing. We ordered these for special events that required us to be outside due to the pandemic. The covers arrived more than two months after those events. Basically, we paid for a product that we never were able to use. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have canceled the order, however, we were continually told the product was on the way. To be fair, I'm sure their backlog was due to the pandemic, however, we would have much rather have had transparency with the option to cancel our order than to pay for what would be in the end a useless product.
