The discount code given did not work. When I called, no one answered. When I put in my credit card info it went to "Klarma" who then tried to set me up with an account I did not want. Not a good experience when trying to purchase a grill cover.

I had a very unique design I needed. The gal walked me through the note making when I ordered. I received a mock up. And the end product was exactly what I wanted. The quality was outstanding. Next year I will have to check out Covers & All for sunshades for my garden.

The quality of the tarp is outstanding. I goofed on indicating how I wanted the grommets placed. I guess I will have to install the grommets along the top and bottom. It was not the fault of Covers & All. I certainly will order another tarp but will be careful to indicate grommet spacing on that order. Also, the customer service representatives were very courteous and got back to me very quickly.

I wasn't sure of what I needed to ensure water did not pool on my covered table. I contacted support and explained what it was that I wanted to accomplish. They immediately responded back with the product that I needed - Air Bags. They even included a link to the item.
