We ordered a replacement cover for a patio sofa cushion. The ordering process was easy. Email communication was good. Like other reviewers, we were unaware that our order was manufactured in and shipping from India, not Georgia, until we got a FedEx shipping notification from Mumbai. The cover was supposed to be delivered 4/12, but was shipped 4/13 and arrived 4/16. The new cover is a perfect fit, with quality fabric and construction. We are very pleased with the final result, but suggest the manufacturer be more transparent about their location and ship times.
Bought this to see if it would provide adequate shade for my chickens. Worked great, I just ordered another one.
I ordered replacement covers for our patio set because I was having difficulty finding similarly sized replacement cushions for a reasonable price. A new set of cushions cost almost as much as the set of furniture cost with the cushions! The color selection is limited, which is unfortunate. I got the navy blue and they are great. Quality is good, fabric is good and they arrived quickly. Ordering here was a good solution to a problem I have spent a lot of time on.
I received a drawing with 2 options for my cover which was great. I responded in writing with a few questions and a suggestion for a slight variation. I never received a response except that my order was placed. In the end the cover sags in the middle and therefore does not protect my speaker. I have an email into the company 3 days ago and have yet to get a response. I will be following up with my credit card company and removing all charges if I don't hear back soon.
Every aspect of our experience with this company has gone well. We measured our fire pit according to the instructions on the website. When it arrived, it fit perfectly. They kept us informed throughout the process so we knew when to expect our cover to arrive. We would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a custom grill with a logo and side burner cover. The Covers & All team provided proofs rather quickly prior to submitting the covers for production. I made some changes to the color of the logo, and once again, the turn-around was great.
Don't be turned off these products are being produced off-shore. The entire process from ordering to delivery took about 2 weeks. Quite impressive given the products were manufactured in India and shipped FedEx Express.
Shipping took a little longer than expected but worth it. Quality material and product as expected.

Ordering was okay website was good. Cover itself is the issue. It's a lot heavier than I expected. Better material than I really needed. It just didn't fit. I measured it and it is larger than what I asked for. Not by much. I ordered it a inch longer and a inch longer. Well it looks like you did the same. I was looking for a custom fix. It hangs on the table. I'm still thinking about what to do. I'm thinking about cutting all the stitches out and have someone redo it. I'm thinking I should not have asked for the 1 inch long and wide but either way it would still not fix.
