I ordered two covers and then realized I needed to order two more. I called and spoke with someone who took the additional two cover orders over the phone and had me make the payment via email. Everything was smooth and easy to do, and received my order exactly when expected.
Covers fit perfectly, only needed to steam them to get the wrinkles out from them being folded up during shipping.

The cover we received fit perfectly and withheld a nasty rainstorm the day after it arrived. Excellent fit and quality!

The look and fit of the cover is excellent. Delivery from India is twice as long as quoted.

I ordered a table cover with elastic for my vintage Brown Jordan table. It's perfect and matches the custom chair covers purchased last year.

I didn't know that my order would ship from India at the time of purchase. This was no problem at all. I received it sooner than other products I purchased that shipped from the states at the same time.

The cover is nice heavy quality but the cover they sent is too small. I would add several inches to your measurements.

While the cover and design printed on it were nice, the packing of the cover was so tight that the area where the logo we had printed on it had a hole in the cover due to the point of the crease when folded for shipping. A lot of money spent to have that happen. Reached out to the company the day we received it with pictures of the cover and still have not heard from anyone.

Order process was fast, easy and convenient. Cover is a perfect fit and the quality is great. Exceeded my expectations!

My item has visited India, China, Japan, and has sat in customs for a week. I contacted customer service and they were useless (I'm assuming it was outsourced to a CSR company). Will not order from here again.

The sizing was easy Very well explained And they had a number of colours And fabric And don't forget The better the fabric the longer the warranty

We had been looking for reasonably priced lumbar pillows for our outdoor patio chairs for over a year. We found many that we liked but were not willing to spend in the neighborhood of $100 per pillow. One day while searching for pool covers I found the Covers & All website. I had previously not considered looking for pillow covers and then filling them with inserts. I found the perfect fabric color and size and decided to take a chance. These are the best made pillow covers I have found anywhere regardless of price! After purchasing the inserts we spent a fraction of the cost of most competitors and are elated with our pillows.

Ordering was easy. Instructions for measuring was very easy to understand. Descriptions for options were very clear and the best part was being able to see each tie down option in a video.

After the initial order was placed, we received a marked up picture of our patio sectional with additional measurements needed. We sent the additional measurements but because our sectional had a curve in the back, we were concerned the measurements they were asking for wouldn't be correct. We called customer service a few times, sent measurements & pictures back & forth until we were confident that the designers understood what we were concerned about. Took about a week from our initial order until we approved the design.

Once we approved our product, they immediately put it into production and it only took a day or two for our cover to ship. Even after all the design back & forth we received our product about four days after the original estimated delivery date.

At the time, the back and forth with the measurements was very frustrating but In the end the finished over was worth the frustration. It fits great, material is very durable and it should keep our sectional protected from all the Ohio weather (so far we haven't had any rain).
