I ordered a "heavy" cover to protect the insulated cover on my spa. Our southern Arizona summer sun is brutal! A lesser quality cover from another vendor only lasted one summer. The covers look nice and fit well but after a couple of weeks one already has a hole in it and not in a seam. Very disappointed.
The covers fit perfectly. One of my measurements was off, but someone caught it and emailed asking me to confirm the measurements so it worked out. The covers did AMAZING over the winter. I wish I had gotten one for my patio heater sooner because the cheap one from Amazon did not hold up. I have since ordered and received one from Covers and All for my heater. Highly recommend; it's worth the price given how expensive patio furniture is.

I have a pellet grill that is not listed, so I measured for a custom cover (slightly smaller than the grill because I noticed on the website it indicates that the covers are made with a little extra room so we are supposed to give exact measurements, but I didn't want the cover to hit the ground or get caught in the wheels). The cover came a couple of days ago and it's huge and looks a bit silly. A little more extra was added than needed, I think.
I will say that I think the product was as advertised. It didn't fit my table and tried to return it. I told them that there was nothing wrong with it, just that it didn't fit my table. They requested pictures, which we sent. I heard nothing. I requested the return again and five days later they sent the same form letter asking for photos. This happened every week, the same form letter. I finally told them I would write a bad review and they asked for the photos again, then said the measurements were as described and wouldn't refund it. This was after seventeen emails. Cov
