The product quality is horrible and the customer service is worse. You can only talk to a live person if you want to place an order. If you have issues with your order you have to email the feedback team and they'll get back to you in a week. So a conversation to resolve an issue could go on for month's time.

I moved into a new home and wanted a different color for my sectional cushions. The foam in the cushions was still good and replacing them was going to be expensive since it would have to be custom. I sent in the exact dimensions of each cushion and photos. My corner cushion backs have an angle on one side but, there was not that option in the selection so I ordered straight. They saw the angle in the photo and contacted me to send in the dimensions to make them with the angle. They sent me drawings with all the dimensions and zipper locations and they responded to all my changes promptly.
The fabric I chose is not as soft as my previous covers but these are waterproof. I proved it when I spilled a drink, it beaded up and washed right off.
The ordering process took a week to get the dimensions just right and it still arrived on the delivery date as as they had promised. I am happy with my purchase and would order from them again.
It is my opinion the bad reviews are due to customers not properly measuring and expecting the company to give free replacement for customers mistake. I am happy with my purchase and would order from them again. My only request would be to expand color options, but they had the color I wanted.
