It is rather difficult to figure if all the designs will be the same for four covers. But the company went back and forth with me on dimensions making changes and sending new designs. Ultimately I am happy with the covers even though they seem oversized even though we worked so hard to prevent them looking like that. I would consider doing this same process if I decide to cover something else. It is the best option I have seen this far!

They were very helpful and easy to speak and work with on the phone. The Webb site was pretty easy to use. The gentleman on the phone said I would really like and be very happy with the covers and I am, they fit well and the materials are great. Wonderful fit to size covers.
Searched the internet looking for high quality covers as we were tired of buying new covers for our patio items every year. We have yet to surpass a year, but, after feeling the quality of our new covers I am certain we will not have to purchase again for at least 4-5 years. Well worth the money.
Their no hassle ordering was quick and easy. Our covers arrived just as explained, with a little "give" of an inch or so. Went on very easily.

Am not satisfied with what I bought. It's a strange, shiny very industrial material and the covers don't fit right and are too big. They should give you better guidance when measuring. Made and shipped from India, not Georgia as it seems like on the website.
Love these custom made covers and they appear to be as advertised - weatherproof and sturdy. However there was a sewing error which caused a small gap in the edging. Also the package was supposed to arrive on April 21 but failed to get here until May 3rd - part of this was FedEx's fault. I now realize that I ordered during the worst of the corona virus crisis and really think this was behind the issues. The company always dealt kindly with my complaints and I don't fault them.

I had just posted a review describing my extreme dissatisfaction with not having received the product I was being asked to review when the FedEx guy rang the bell. There it was. He said that the delay was probably caused by its not having had proper customs clearance (although the return label was US-based the product had gone through customs). But I am still unhappy with the lack of responsiveness from Covers & All.
I keep getting requests for reviews and other emails that assume I have the order it has still not arrived AND I have been unable to get any help or response from Covers & All in spite of calling, using the chat, and sending an email. I have never encountered so much difficult with ordering online before.
Tried to place an order online several times... each time the website froze when I selected "Place Order". All of the required info was filled out correctly! Tried to call to find out what the issue was and possibly place the order by phone, after waiting 11 minutes on hold ( I was 3rd in line) I was hung up on!
Tried calling back again only to be told that customer service is not taking calls now...
