What a beautiful job. These covers fit like a glove and look spectacular. I was trying to find cushion replacements but just find what I needed or they were very expensive. Now, I have the exact color I always wanted and the quality is amazing.

I can not express how happy I am with the covers I received from Covers & All. The fine craftsmanship is rarely seen in products these days. The materials are much higher quality than I expected. Heavy duty double zippers and fabric that will last for many years, I am sure! The fit on all of the cushions is perfect. And, the price was about half the price of buying new cushions (which would not have been even close to the same quality). The price was so reasonable I was willing to risk an inferior product, I was blown away.
I never received the cover. I have been in contact with customer support and have not heard back from them in weeks. The company and the support are useless.

Great service, the website was easy to do a custom order, upload a picture, option selections etc. Good communication re: order status. The cover material and construction are great quality. The only negative is there seems to be too much material on the longer (length) sides. The elastic bottom fits tight but the two sides just aren't smooth all the way down... too much material. It wasn't enough to send it back or request another, it just doesn't look very "smooth and custom fitted". I would still recommend this company. Maybe I'm too picky :)
I only read the terrible reviews after I had already ordered -- and fully expected for my custom cover to never arrive. But it did, just two days after the ridiculously fast shipping time they'd promised. I could track the package via FedEx, and... it's a really nice custom cover! No complaints.

Custom ordering process is easy to use. Ability to upload images of item to be covered is simple genius. Finding a way to cover an item securely and attractively that you want to protect that doesn't have a cover accessory is an excellent problem solving option.

I would have given everything five stars except for a bit of a snafu in communications about delivery. My delivery date from the start was wrong and when that date passed, I got notice that the product material hadn't even been received yet for manufacture. But that email turned out to be incorrect and the covers arrived shortly thereafter. As for the covers themselves, they are well made, sturdy, attractive and the sizing was perfect!
After pricing new cushions vs new covers we opted for the covers. We found Covers and All were not only reasonably priced but VERY easy to order.
I have outdoor furniture set that had cushions that looked awful after just one summer. I sent in measurements and ordered 12 cushion covers in 2 different sizes. I am so happy with the product that i received. The material is pretty but durable, fit perfectly and have zippers so I can take them off and wash them when needed. The price was less than buying replacement cushions that would look awful again after just one summer of BBQs with lots of grandkids that sometimes use the cushions as napkins, LOL. I am super pleased and so happy I found them!
