I used this company to make a cover for our crab pot. Exactly as they described. Make sure you follow their recommendations to measure what you need covered. I am very pleased.
The product is amazing! Beautiful color and nice fabric! I will recommend to my friends and purchase again if I need more covers. However, customer service communication is severely lacking. It took almost a month to get my order. I had to initiate contact several times to find out where my item was when it didn't arrive on the date I was given. A simple email to let me know what was going on would have need sufficient and appreciated. I had originally purchased in time for a family party and of course they were not here by then.
Their attention to customer satisfaction is remarkable! The material and quality of the construction is exceptional! Careful measurements are critical! Take time measuring and communicate any questions and you will be satisfied with your purchase!
The cover material is incredibly thick and heavy. I thought it would be fabric and not this heavy duty rubbery sheet. It's hard to put on and take off as it's heavy and bulky. Storing it is also an issue since it takes up so much space. The shape and size are good.
We ordered a covering for our outside patio set with no difficulty; the directions for measuring, etc. were clear and easy to follow. As delivery approached, we received a message from FEDEX that our package would be delivered on a specific date with signature required. A small package was delivered at the door, no signature required although the note online said the package was signed for by "R. Robert". The package was a small pillow... not the major covering we requested. I was confused; I called customer service to find out the situation. The first attempt resulted in a dropped call. On the second attempt, I managed to talk to an agent who explained that there was a second package that would be delivered on May 3rd. The next day, April 30th, the second package arrived (without warning from FEDEX)... and there was a signature was not required. Unlike the first package, I did not receive an email that the second package was delivered. I have not opened the large package yet but wanted to let folks know that the shipping experience was less than stellar.
Our firepit cover arrived exactly as stated. It was, "made to fit". The material was top notch. We are very happy with the quality and their efforts to get it here on time. Thank you.
