I ordered a custom cover for an outdoor seating area that is concave. I provided the measurements and the cover is perfect. Just what we needed. Custom sizing just as if they had made a house call to measure themselves.

Initially they told me a date when I would get my chair covers. They did not arrive on that day I called customer service and they told me I should've got an email which I did not. Apparently the material was on back order. They refunded me my expedited shipping for which I was thankful. The product however does not really explain that the material is more like a heavy duty cover for a grill or a table. I would not say that would be the best material
The patio grill burner cover fit our burner as good as can be. The waterproof fabric covers over the flat stainless steel burner cover that measures only 1 3/4" High x17" deep x22" long. It is held on by elastic and covers it very well. We are very happy with the cover.

I have been waiting for over a month for my simple item. Finally got tracking and item was coming from India. Called and the folks I talked to and they said they were in India. Now my item is stuck in a FedEx hub waiting for customs.
Spent over $300 on these covers. The fire pit and single chair covers fit fine. However, the sofa cover fits horribly. It's a chaise sofa with an armrest on one side. Despite the measurement and picture it was made for a sofa with two arm rests and fits very tight and awkward.
