We received an email with a schematic drawing b4 they made it. TG they did - we saw we had measured incorrectly- we remeasured & was sent another drawing- showing the correct measurements! The fit is perfect!
Easy so far exactly what i wanted and the product is very well made and was delivered earlier than promised all big pluses.
I received the wrong size covers for NINE pillow cushions. I contacted customer service and followed up with e-mail and images to get it corrected and nobody is bothering to answer me. I'm FURIOUS. This is a TERRIBLE company and I want this issue corrected. Finally got a response e-mail asking me for more pictures showing the measurements are off and a picture of me trying to stuff the pillow into their cover (as if the pillow has anything to do with the measurements being off). VERY sketchy company giving me the run around instead of trying to solve the probelm.
I purchased covers for outdoor patio furniture and needed custom sizes. Staff was very helpful to ensure I had the correct measurements. Each cover fit perfectly! I even left the covers on over the winter and my furniture looked great in the spring.

Cover is difficult to put on cable box.(elastic is too tight) I just tossed it
Tv cover fits over tv. Zippers are a plus's. Too many Velcro fasteners on back. I'll just cut some of flaps off.

Toon almost a week to get the order placed. Placed online and card was charged but it said ordered failed and didn't receive a confirmation. Was told my an online chat rep that there was an error with the system and he would confirm in 24 hours. 48 hours later nothing and after reaching the next person he said they would have to issue a store credit and I can reorder. Another couple of days and nothing. Third representative said the same and got the credit issued but still couldn't place the order. After hours of hassling, they finally got it ordered and told me there was a $10 balance... For the same items I placed an order for, and got store credit for. Didn't want to argue, so I tried to pay the $10 and the circle began again. Never again...
I was struggling to find covers to fix my new patio set and I didn't want to give up and just let them weather. So happy I found this company. The covers seem very durable and they fit perfectly! They were also a lot more affordable than I would have expected for a custom product.
When covers didn't arrive on the date I was told, I called the help line. Was told that the fabric was backorder and it would be 2 more weeks... I wish they had let me know. Communication not very good with order~ Finally received covers and they seem nice... will see how they do. Looks are good, not great but they seem very sturdy.
I ordered the extreme weather style covers for our band's speaker towers just in case of stray showers during our outdoor gigs. The material is a really sturdy weight and they seem put together very well. They even have vent pockets on the sides for ease of covering and removing without the suction effect. I haven't actually had a change to use them yet, but I am sure they will be fine, which is why I gave them a 4 and not a 5. My only side comment (and by no means a complaint, since I wasn't expecting it anyway) is that a clear carry bag was included with the covers and the covers don't fit in the carry bag...? Other than that, I am very pleased so far.

Easy and quick custom cushions. Color was a little different than the picture online but that was expected. It took a while to get the cushions. The delivery date the site gave me was very wrong. But overall great custom covers just make sure you order them in plenty of time.
Easy, just have your measurements on hand! The price was also right. One thing I was displeased is everywhere after I ordered promised a May 10th delivery: this did not happen. I understand production times but I revived the cases almost a week after the date they guaranteed!

Well-constructed with heavyweight fabric. The covers fit our outdoor daybed perfectly.
I was not happy with the covers I ordered once they arrived because the zipper was place on the front of the cover that shows when put on the couch! I called the company and was told to send a picture to *******@coversandall.com and a team member would contact me. I never received a call or comment regarding the issue! So beware that if they make your covers wrong, you are screwed out of your money and they don't care!

We are thrilled with the recently purchased grill cover, as well as the chair cover for our deck chairs (purchased two years ago). The material is extremely durable & fade resistant, with a perfect fit. Additionally, the service couldn't be better. After providing several dimensions and choosing various options, we received an email confirmation with a diagram before the cover was made. This was extremely valuable, as we misunderstood the left & right width meaning, and had provided the wrong dimensions. We were then able to correct our information, resulting in a perfect fit.
We are thrilled with the chair cover for our deck chairs that we purchased a couple years ago, so we are confident that our grill cover will be just as durable & reliable, with a perfect fit.
What a great alternative to the expensive replacement Sunbrella covers. While the fabric (grey) is more plastic-y than sunbrella, I think it may hold up better to my 4 animals, spilled drilnks and the hot Atlanta summers. The price was amazing and the service excellent.
