What a great alternative to the expensive replacement Sunbrella covers. While the fabric (grey) is more plastic-y than sunbrella, I think it may hold up better to my 4 animals, spilled drilnks and the hot Atlanta summers. The price was amazing and the service excellent.

I ordered two covers and they contacted me to make sure they had every measurement for a perfect fit. The fabric is incredibly heavy duty.

Love! Beautiful custom quality work! I was trying to replace my worn porch swing cushion and found nothing. Instead of buying a whole new swing I ordered a custom cover and love it!

Cover arrived a week late and too small. It does not go all the way to the ground- the wood legs are exposed and this is without the pillows being on. The whole point of buying this cover was to be able to keep the cushions on. I called and spoke to someone abroad on their customer service team. He told me to email them with photos. I did this on Sunday and now Tuesday evening and no one has gotten back to me.
After more than a month I finally received my order which was incorrect. I am still missing pieces. The material is not suitable for outdoor cushions. It feels like suitcase material and is very cheap feeling. I'm attempting to get a refund but customer service is difficult to get in touch with.
The cover ordered for our small table and chairs is perfect except I missed the notations about tie downs... my previous covers came with tie downs... I left a message, but didn't receive a contact back... don't know if there anything I can do now!

Since the cover is custom made to your specifications and fabricated as ordered (without tie downs or grommets), we regret that we cannot offer any assistance. Our suggestion is to find a local service that can apply a few grommets along the bottom perimeter of the cover. You can then use a basic nylon rope to secure the cover. The covers were custom made and fit my cushions perfectly. Sewing was precise. Strong, quality zippers were used.
Searched for new cushions for years. IF you can find any that fit they cost more than buying new furniture. Took a chance on a Facebook ad for a company I never heard of. They came today, a week or so late, but they are beautiful! Excellent quality material, stitching and zippers. My sectional looks brand new. I am seriously thrilled with it.

The ordering experience was goo. Did not realized the product came form outside the country. Package had been opened and resealed, due to lengthy travel

But the processing and delivery took a very very long time.
Also, the quality feels very low end and I am afraid that it will deteriorate very quickly in the hot Arizona weather. There is no way this material will last as long as the product states with the suns UV hitting it ll day.
I can leave my grill and fire pit outside. They don't get rained. It saves me a lot of time now having to roll them into the garage. I know my equipment will last a lot longer by not rusting out.
