They failed to customize the cover as requested, even though the logo we wanted on the cover was submitted. I contacted customer service, and they said we would hear back from them within 24 hours. We were very pleased with the ease of ordering. Found out we had made a mistake and called customer service immediately. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful. He was able to make the changes needed and correct the invoice.
We were very excited when the covers arrive. Impressed with the color and quality is superb. I even received the free gift bag - I expected it to be a cheap bag- surprise! It is very sturdy and top quality. Will be ordering another cover for outdoor furniture very soon.
I previous purchased a stock cover for a bbq that I was pleased to use to cover an instrument pod on our cruising sailboat.
We have a new 15' Rockwood Geo Pro travel trailer. It has a bike rack on the tongue with a narrow space between it and the front trailer body. I have folding rocking chairs and extra folding chairs that I do not want inside the trailer or on the rear. I added a 1inch thick by 4 inch wide by four foot piece of painted wood with L brackets to use as as a base for my chairs to store and transport.
No RV source I could find offered the cover dimensions I needed. I ordered one to fit my design with extra space and an opposing row of gromments to anchor and lock it.
Covers were recieved promptly. They were well made and fit nicely. Correct measurement was difficult due to style of furniture, but they helped to get correct measurements.
Beautiful cover, so many generic covers are overly large, very nice to have neatly fitted cover. The table still looks good with the cover on and best for everyday use. No need to remove the cover all the time.
My sun sails were a custom size and when I got them the quality of the construction was terrible. The sunsails were triangles and the long leg of the triangles were crooked before even hanging them up. They were so bad I couldn't stretch the tight. Because it was a custom order I couldn't return for a refund so I'm stuck with unusable sunsails

The website was very easy to use due to the measuring templates that showed exactly how to provide the correct dimensions. They contacted me for clarification just so they would ensure the correct end result. I like that you only have to provide the exact dimension of the item you are covering and they add the extra adjustments to ensure a perfect fit. I could not be happier with the fit.
