I ordered a cover for a untraditional rectangular piece of furniture for our outdoor patio. Sent the dimensions and a picture. Once I approved the cover it was received in a very timely fashion and fit like a glove. Now we see how well it holds up but I t looks like it will last for years, and the price? Very fair!

Last year we got our dogs a Wicker Dog House Cabana and the bed that came in it was not very nice and the size of the bed was not standard. We ordered several that were close but would not fit. Now with this one the cabana actually looks amazing and the bed is great.

I was expecting a full cushion for the money paid. Cover plus foam. Received just the cover which is really badly finished with extensive fraying. Waste of money.

We did have a minor issue with the size of some of the cushions but after a few emails they were going to send out new cushions and it did not take long for the whole process

I ordered the made to measure cushion covers and their quality is better than the original covers at a reasonable price. They took about 3 weeks to be delivered and get through customs. I was informed throughout about their production and delivery timing.

I had a great experience ordering covers for our patio chairs. The customer service was incredible. They was in communication with me at the beginning of the process to ensure the correct measurements for a custom fit cover.
The covers came within a week after the final measurements were confirmed.

When the shades arrived none of them were marked.
There were no installation instructions

Love the cushion we got for our bench. The only issue we had was that it came later than we were told an no communication from the company that it was going to be late.
