Well I will start off saying that the covers are beautiful and fit perfect. The quality is great and fair price. The only bad thing is customer service. I was given a delivery date of May 18. On May 19 I emailed the company due to not receiving my covers and I had no tracking number. I never heard back from them so I sent another email a couple days later and still no reply. The only way I was able to find out information was through texting them and they never could figure out that if a customer's product is delayed shipping that they should notify that customer. After all they already have the money. But like I said the covers are great and I would purchase from them again with the hopes the customer service is better.
I ordered a custom size cover for a folding outdoor table. I just had to provide dimension and few weeks later I got a cover made with strong material and perfect fit.

Ordering online was fine. Measurements were given, and the vendor knew th style. The delivery was delayed. The material used was okay. However, the fit was not. It looks more like a universal fit then, one specific to the particular make and model that was requested. Even after i supplied the appropriate measurements.

First time I ordered from covers and all my order came quickly and accurately. I placed a second order for a slightly different shape and I had to ask three times for the price to be accurate I'm still waiting to receive the covers although I paid for expedited shipping.

Hi, I received my forgot cover, contacted the company regarding the incorrect size, I was told to email pics and measurements and that I would be emailed a response back. It has been 2 days and have not heard anything back yet!

Received improperly made custom-sized shade sail for $90! Terrible customer service both before ordering and when trying to get resolved after receiving. I called before ordering to get confusing details on website explained and was told "don't worry the sail will be made exactly to the dimensions provided". Sail came in several inches longer on all 3 sides and was made upside down. When I called to explain the issues, they said write an email and include a photo. I did that and waited a week for a response. The I was told the photo did not "prove" the sail was made incorrectly and that I needed to send a video walking up to it with a tape measure in place and not to move the tape. Ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company. They use inferior materials as well. Just spend the money on a good quality shade sail from a local supplier.
