This was my second cover that I ordered from Covers and All. The communication regarding the order was a little disjointed this time. There were some questions about measurements which necessitated some additional emails; this, in turn, lead to a few "communication" issues, but the end result was that the cover fits well. Also, my original cover is having some leakage at a center seam. When I mentioned this I was told to request that the seams be "sealed", which was done. I think this should be an option that should be available on all orders, not just if you request it.
A chat box helped me find the tarps, and the size was perfect as ordered. After years of looking for a tarp large enough to cover an overly large sky light, it was light enough to lay out but sturdy.
I was told to expect the product in a week. Three (3) weeks later I called to find out the status and was told to expect it in 5 days. I was leaving town in 7 days. The item didn't arrive until a week after I left and I had to have someone retrieve it for me as I won't be home for a few months. I still haven't seen it nor will I until September. So if it doesn't fit I will have lost my investment because it's unlikely I'll be able to get a refund after that much time. This company has no ethics or customer service.
Ordering was quick and easy.
Now will wait to see product.
It's so nice that you have this custom sizes. I wanted the privacy for my side gate. Its not as thick as I wanted but if I didn't have to pay for shipping I'd buy another so I could have the privacy. The material doesn't have the vision barrier that we wanted.

I was told I had to wait til I received the product. So when I received it I returned it. So now I am waiting for my refund. I will not recommend you or order from you again ever. I have emailed and called numerous time to tell you that I wanted to cancel my order with no saisfcation. Your service department was not friendly or helpful.

I ordered two speaker covers with proper measurements. The covers showed up after almost a month delay, and I found that they did not cover the entire speaker -- an entire side was left exposed. The material seemed to be of a high quality and the fit was otherwise good, but these are essentially now useless to me because they do not cover the speaker which is the entire point.
I can see that a grill cover and furniture cover may have a gap at the bottom because they go to the ground; however, speaker covers are different, and if they are advertised as speaker covers, they should cover the entire speaker. Overall, I'm very disappointed in the final product.
Measured the ottoman cushion, sent them the dimensions and picture, got the cover and it looks and fits great. Cost $32, local upholstery shop wanted $200 - crazy.
When I tried to contact someone to cancel and customize order no one was available.

This is my first time to use Covers and All. I was delighted at the price, the choice of fabrics and colors. Because I ordered a custom size with an opening at the bottom I was unsure how accurately it would be completed. They emailed me a question and confirmation sketch. The cover arrived earlier than promised and the quality was better than expected.

The site has dimension fields filled in leading you to think that there is a standard or suggested measurement and the site allows you to click thru without requiring you to actively fill in the dimensions. This is not the case the cover came and was too small no exchanges, refunds or returns allowed because according to the not so customer friendly operator everything they make is custom no interest in keeping a return customer

I didn't like the white cover on a cushion that came with a patio footstool so I ordered one in tan from here. It took a few weeks to get, but it is well made and fits perfectly. I just put it in over the original one. It looks much better with my other chair cushions too, which are a shade of tan. This color will hold up better than the white one. Glad I purchased it.
The custom cover I received is PERFECT! Top quality workmanship and details. I couldn't be more impressed.
Seam are off. Not straight. One side fit correct the other side does not. The only thing they got right was the Ottoman.
