I custom ordered cushion covers for my outdoor patio furniture. The cushions are a rounded trapezoid shape because they are on a half circular couch. As far as size, it seems they would fit perfectly, however, I can't get them on because the zipper was sewn into the smaller end of the cover, so the large end of the cushion will not fit through no matter how hard I've tried. In other words, they're useless, I'm not going to be able to use the product after paying for them to be custom. I was so bummed because I do like the fabrication and think if it had worked out, it would have looked so great in my outdoor space.

The cover itself seems strong and durable. However, one of the two straps that are supposed to be sewn on was just hanging by a thread. Too small of an issue to send it back, but still a pain to sew it on.
The directions for measuring my table and chairs were very clear and easy to do even for the oblong table. When I got the covers they fit very well and were heavy duty and water proof.

This was my second cover that I ordered from Covers and All. The communication regarding the order was a little disjointed this time. There were some questions about measurements which necessitated some additional emails; this, in turn, lead to a few "communication" issues, but the end result was that the cover fits well. Also, my original cover is having some leakage at a center seam. When I mentioned this I was told to request that the seams be "sealed", which was done. I think this should be an option that should be available on all orders, not just if you request it.
