I had a customized cover made, I asked specifically that they don't add any extra fabric to the edge as I wanted it to fit snuggly. They said not a problem before the cover was made (in India, fyi) and the cover I go was all wrinkled and way to big. I contacted Covers & All and they said someone from their Feedback team would get back to me and I've heard absolutely nothing.
The whole process was great. There was even an alteration added after the order which made the fit better. The cover fits perfect and is made of durable material. Worth the wait.

I ordered 2 covers for my fire bowls that are part of my pool water feature. Unfortunately I will have to do some additional jury rigging on the bottom of the covers since drawstrings were only included in 2 corners. Because if this I cannot adequately secure the cover during heavy winds and will need to buy some additional clips/cords to ensure the covers do not blow away. I reached out to customer service about this and was told this is how they construct these, even though the online picture suggested all 4 corners would have drawstrings.
The quality of our fireplace cover is over the top! It fits perfectly and the fabric is weatherproof with a rubber lining. There is a drawstring bottom for those windy days.
