Though your order was placed on 30 March, the drawing was only approved on 3 June. Per the FedEx tracking page, your order was delivered on 14 June which is the delivery date on your order.
While trying to identify our areas of improvement, we noticed several large periods during which we were waiting to hear from you. For your reference, here is the timeline:
31 Mar: We requested pictures of the mower so we could make an well fitting cover
06 Apr: Pictures received
07 Apr: The only clarification we requested, along with this note:
"Could you please check the attached image and provide us the dimensions requested because the default mover shape on website and yours are different. We are waiting for your confirmation to process the order further."
12 May: We received your confirmation on the measurements
13 May: We sent the drawing showing the shape and dimensions of the cover
03 Jun: We received your approval on the drawing
During each waiting period we sent reminder emails and made calls to your registered phone number which always resulted in a VM. We apologize if the clarification we sought inconvenienced you; however, we are meticulous to ensure that your cover fits well.

Fantastic customer service! When I placed my initial order I had confused the measurement of the diameter with the circumference. Covers &all send me the diagram that looked off and asked for a picture. They fixed it for me and the cover I received is absolutely PERFECT!

The website blanked out my measurement information, after answering a few more questions about the size and using pictures with the lines to show the measurements, my cover still showed up to large. The product itself is from very good quality and durability, and I realize that it is difficult to get the right measurements to have something custom made and only for that I give it 4 stars and not the 5 stars that it actually deserve.

We are sorry that your custom skylight covers did not turn out as expected. However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. Towards this objective, the product page lists the details of each material. For your covers the material selected is Cover Max which is described as "1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester". As shown in the example pictures, the material is opaque.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any manufacturing error since each cover is custom made to your specifications and is as described on the product page.
