We offer custom handmade covers in almost any shape and size, including those for popular brands and models. However, even specific models may show variation by the manufacturer from time to time. Hence, each order still needs to be placed with the exact measurements of the equipment you wish to cover. With physical access to the equipment, you are the best person to provide accurate measurements.
Regrettably, your order was placed with the pre-filled measurements on the product page, which are only to act as a guide and to indicate each dimension in the adjoining diagram. We also encourage customers to upload reference pictures of the equipment - this ensures the cover is designed keeping your requirements in mind and also increases the possibility of us noticing any discrepancies in the measurements.
However, we see that you did mention the model number of the tire and we failed to realize that the size ordered was incorrect. Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight. We are happy to issue a replacement cover upon payment of the price due to the size difference. Per your recent conversation with our support team, the replacement cover will be initiated once we have finalized the measurement of the logo.
With regard to the incorrect cover, you are welcome to utilize it in any way you wish. There is no need to return it.
Everything from start to finish was easy. It was easy to measure the cushions, prizes are great and the fit was perfect. They even came 5 days earlier than scheduled.
I chose the toughest fabric and this is really tough. I live in FL so everything here fades and cannot resist the weather, so I hope this grill cover is a long term solution.

Tried to give you 5 but app wouldn't let me. I found what I needed in custom covers. It easily let me describe dimensions. It fits what I need.
Needed some covers for my outdoor fire pit and table top fire pit. Was not sure where to go and found Covers and All while searching the internet. Your order was placed on 30 May with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 24 June. This date is shown at checkout and also mentioned on your order confirmation email. When your order was dispatched we sent you an email notification containing the tracking information so that you could monitor the package.
Per the FedEx tracking page, your order was delivered on 15 June - over a week earlier than promised.
Each cover is handcrafted by meticulously following the measurements you provide. Also, as mentioned on the product page, "We add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth" We apologize if this has inconvenienced you however this is done to ensure ease of use.

I ordered a cover for my Predator 3500 generator from Harbor Freight. It sits on a platform on the back of my RV, and I wanted a good cover to keep it out if the dirt and rain, snow, etc. The cover I received surpassed my expectations by a long shot.

We are sorry that your custom grill cover did not turn out as expected. However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. Towards this objective, the product page lists the details of each material. For your cover the material selected is Cover Max which is described as "1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester". PVC means it is made using plastic which is inherently stiffer than fabric. This is designed to offer weather protection. For a fabric feel, we have a different material - COVER FAB - which is also available for selection on the product page.
