I order a cover for an outdoor sofa to protect it from the rain. In the product description it says that this waterproof fabric cover is very easy to handle for everyday use. But it's NOT fabric, it's NOT easy to handle, it's heavy, shiny, it feels like heavy vinyl, make loud noise when handled like heavy plastic very hard to put on an off the sofa it took too long to be a daily task. I hate it and want my money back the product is not as described
Had custom covers made. They came 4 days early, fit and look great. My wife says we'll order from C&A when we replace our next set.
I have a 25 year old Holland built in grill. They are not made anymore. The instructions for ordering a custom cover were easy to follow amd I added custom lettering. The quality is far superior to and off the shelf covers.
They went above and beyond my expectations. I needed a custom cover for a fire pit and they proactively reached out to me to make sure it was going to be a good fit. When it arrived I was very pleased with the quality of the cover. I would definitely recommend Covers & All.

Took about 2 weeks. I bought this to replace a cover that my dog destroyed. The one it replaced was $20 and this was over $50. The $20 on e fit better, was thicker and felt higher quality. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the cover I received.

I was expecting less curve on the sides of the rectangular sun sail I ordered. I was expecting maybe 2-3 inches of lost coverage due to the curve (possibly the 'leeway' described by the site), but I've got closer to 12 inches of coverage gap around the sides.
I'm really disappointed since I dropped $200 on this and now I have to figure out somewhere else to order or to try to adjust my measurement specifications and try again.

I realized that one measurement was incorrect. When I called customer service to make the adjustment, I was told that nothing could be changed because the order was in production. Now I'm stuck with a cover that doesn't fit.
I was asked to measure my furniture and was informed by the website that 1-2 inches leeway would be added. Instead, the covers are so tight that it's a struggle to get them on and off and takes an inordinate amount of time to do so.

We've tried various "stock" covers for our curved patio set. The covers either did not fit properly and / or were not waterproof. The Covers & All cover fits perfectly, is very heavy, and is (so far) waterproof. The team was very responsive--delivering a proof within hours of ordering--and made adjustments to accommodate the cushions (not obvious on the website, but obvious in hindsight, that this measurement should be included).

PVC means it is made using plastic which is inherently stiffer than fabric.
