The cover I received did not match the color of the picture at all. It looks like a sickly awful green. The cover itself smells horrid, and wreaks of being made of cheap materials. I am thankful it sits outside because the smell is incredibly strong and would no doubt permeate through my entire home. The cover itself appears to not match the size I ordered and requires me to rearrange my outdoor sectional in order for it to fit.
The UI and service on the website was great - detailed and clear ordering instructions, etc. Approving the customization was easy and fun. However, when I received our grill cover it had a 2 inch burn mark right at the top. There is no online customer service other than sending a message through the website (which I did and received no response) and calling is futile (was on hold for 8 minutes before I had to give up). The grill cover still works - I can still put it over our grill and it protects it, but it was a little embarrassing to give as a gift with the burn mark. Because of the lack of follow up after the product was shipped I would not recommend this company.

Regrettably, the first set of files we received on 16 June were apparently corrupted; you can verify this by looking at the file size. Each attachment was under 2KB.
We received four very small pictures on 22 June but none of them shows the incorrect size with a tape measure. Understandably, simply a picture of the cover without readable measurements does nothing to establish the error. The last set of pictures you sent us yesterday are also very small files and seem to be corrupted as they do not have a file extension. Kindly share clear pictures with readable measurements using a tape measure to avoid back and forth and help us offer you a speedy resolution.
The cushions I have aren't a standard size to replace, buys the cushion covers updated and refreshed the look, I couldn't be happier with the results. They are well made and have a zipper for easy on and off!

I read on your website that the covers are made 1-3 inches bigger for ease of use. My cover was too small. I sent an email with pics of my outdoor sofa, using a measuring tape to verify the dimensions. The cover was clearly made with different dimensions than I ordered. I liked the quality of the material and it seemed well made. Unfortunately, if it doesn't fit, I. Any use it. I still haven't heard back from tour company in response to my email if concerns. You can have a great product, but if customer care doesn't follow up, you really just have unsatisfied customers that won't return.

When I ordered a custom fit cover, I filled out the section for the dimensions, but didn't upload a photo. I was subsequently asked to upload a photo before the order was placed. I was impressed that so much effort went in to understanding not only the size/dimensions but also what the item to be covered looked like. The cover is tight to take on and off but it fits perfectly.

We first received this complaint on 21 June via a chat conversation, and our associate directed you to write to us at [email protected] with additional information. We only received your email on 23 June - and responded within 48 hours.
With product complaints, a picture clearly showing the problem is required. This is a standard and reasonable request and is mentioned in our Terms of Use as necessary. Regrettably, the picture we received simply shows the cover lying on its side. Understandably, this does nothing to demonstrate an error in the size.
Nevertheless, it is our practice to address every product complaint as flexibly as we can. We were able to determine that possibly not all the required dimensions were clarified by our preproduction team. Thus, we have offered to issue a replacement which will be produced on priority as soon as you reconfirm the measurements.
