Placed an order with Covers & All. It came and I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and wanted to return. I called customer service because I noticed it did not come with return directions. Talked with customer service and was asked to take some pictures and send to a customer helpline. The last communication I received was an email telling me that I should be happy with what they sent even though I was not satisfied with the quality. Covers & All deemed I should be satisfied and they would not offer a standard business refund. I must be missing something but since when do you not let an unsatisfied customer return the product in business? Wow-wondering how such a practice lets them remain in business. I will not recommend Covers & All to anyone I know.

These covers are GREAT! I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived - much sooner than originally projected. I was even happier when I unpacked the custom made covers I ordered and put them on my patio furniture. They are very thick, they fit perfectly, they have cords and tie downs to keep them secure. Well worth the money. I will be ordering two more for our table and fire pit.
My husband was going to throw out an irregular size cushion from patio set. Dogs nails had ripped cover. I keep hanging onto it and now with custom made cover it's perfect! I won that fight.
The mesh tarp was exactly what we needed to keep leaves and insects out of out stock tank water storage/soaking pool. It arrived in less than a week and the quality is perfect.

The cover ended up being a perfect fit. After several back and forth changes with updated drawings from their team, it all came together. My daybed was an odd shape but in the end Covers & All was able to make the perfect cover.
I sent dimensions done exactly as directed on their site... the cover is hideously too big and looks like a huge shapeless sac sitting on top of my patio table. Their customer service starts with someone who can't speak English and ridiculous requests for unending pictures. One photo should be enough to show the sorry end product.

Having said that, from the pictures you shared over chat it seems highly unlikely that we would make such a significant error in the size.
Nevertheless, to validate that we have erred, pictures (or in some cases a video) clearly demonstrating the incorrect measurements are necessary. This is a standard and reasonable request. Considering the amount of work and material that go into making each cover, we feel it is fair that the error be pointed out beyond doubt. Our intent is certainly not to make it difficult or inconvenient for you, and we apologize if that is the impression we projected.
We did receive the pictures showing the measurements of the table and appreciate your cooperation in providing them. However, we have not received any picture showing the incorrect measurement of the cover itself. This was requested at the onset and is required not only to establish the error but also to ensure that any replacement being sent fits correctly.
We would like to resolve this to your satisfaction, especially if we have made an error in fabricating the cover. Thus, we hope you will reconsider our request to share the images of the cover indicating the wrong measurement. Regrettably, unless these are provided we are unable to offer the resolution you seek.
