I was very happy to find a reasonably-priced source for custom replacement outdoor cushion covers, and I was very pleased with the product when received. Everything was perfectly matched to the dimensions I had provided, and is even better quality than the original covers. The only minor disappointment was the shipping--we'd been advised a delivery date of about two weeks after the order was placed, but the actual delivery was about a week later than that. Overall quite happy with the experience, and would recommend to others.

ORDERING WAS EASY, The cover is performing well, I'm interested in seeing how the durability will hold up, previously covers from other manufacturers have only lasted about a year before they start to deteriorate.

First I thought the web site was understandable. Just enough information and not to much. After I sent in my order they checked to make sure. The things came and they fit just the way I wanted. They done blow off and are easy to remove. I am not a big recommender I but i do recommend this company.

I ordered a custom cover for a semi-circle outdoor couch. After I submitted my measurements online, the company contacted me to confirm because the measurements weren't adding up in their program. We figure out why and after several communication exchanges we dialed in exactly what was needed. The cover fits perfectly and the material and construction are high quality. With the amount of money I was spending I was nervous I would be stuck with something but their attention to detail in making sure the measurements were correct gave me confidence in what I was going to receive.
The covers we ordered fit perfectly and the attention to detail and overall quality exceeded our expectations. Wonderful product, easy to navigate measuring and ordering, and these look like they should last for many years.

This made us puzzled as to how to order a "regular" cover, so when we found Covers and All, we were excited to have the option to have one made to custom fit. And WOW did this company exceed our expectations! We followed their easy instructions and put in all the measurements, and they then sent us an architectural diagram of our patio cover and asked for a couple more specifications, which we happily gave. As our furniture is going to sit outside all four seasons, we ordered the "Tuff" and IT IS SO AMAZING. I feel 100% confident AND comfortable to let my new patio set sit outside with this cover on in rain and snow and whatever else Michigan throws at us this year! Would absolutely recommend this if you're considering ordering and be sure to get the elastic at the bottom for a snug fit. What an awesome experience! Thank you guys! We were so happy I came right back and ordered a cover for a small table as well!
I had sun damaged & sad looking outdoor cushions. I've exhausted all options for replacement for too long and then I found this site. The best decision I made! The site was easy to use, the quality is good, and the shipping took less than 2 weeks. Very satisfied! My patio set looks better than it ever did!
We ordered the cover for our round fire pit. It is perfect. We upgraded to the zipper which makes it so easy to take on and off. We selected gray to blend with our outdoor area. Perfect soft color.

After u place your order they ask questions and send you an drawing to confirm they "get it". I really liked this. The covers are actually made in India but air shipped to the US. It was in great shape when it arrived because they wrapped it very thoroughly. The price was just right too. I would strongly recommend them.

It has been two days trying to get reChaptia to let me finish my order! I have called and not had any luck. I have tried to chat and not much success with that! I finally did another whole new order and it processed.
The quality of the material is excellent. Due to "custom" orders, they fit well. My expectation that my products will last much longer are still pending since I've just ordered one for my raised container bed last fall and a cover for my outdoor patio bed a few weeks ago.

I ordered a cover for a custom made bar with back splash and bottle well. I provided all the dimensions and I received a cover that fit perfectly. It was well constructed and the material should stand up well in the outdoors. The entire process was seamless. I had an excellent experience and will use them again for a custom cover.

Ordered on 6/24/21 and the next morning I was informed delivery would be 7/23/21. This is way beyond when I needed the product for a travel trailer. I called at 7 am on 6/25 to cancel and was told by their "customer service" IN INDIA, that it was already in production and could not be canceled. Are you kidding me? In less than 10 hours, someone ripped the order off the printer and sprinted to the production line and was working on my order? AND now it is going to take a month to get it to me. They are in Georgia, I live in Georgia, and yet AFTER I place the order, I am informed it is coming from INDIA with a month lead time. Ridiculous.

We are a global business headquartered in Georgia with customers all over the world. The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQs and Terms of Use. It is also promptly disclosed when inquired.
We offer several turnaround options - Standard Ground, Express, and Priority. The delivery date and cost for each method are displayed during checkout so you can make an informed choice. The selected method and delivery date are also mentioned on your order confirmation email.
Your order was placed at 2pm on 24 June with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 23 July. We understand you may have viewed your order confirmation email the next morning; however, it was sent within seconds of the order being placed.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we aim to dispatch every order as quickly we can. We are happy to cancel and refund any item on your order as long as it has not moved into production. All our covers are handmade and go through various stages in production. Thus, while to you the order may appear to remain "In Production" for several days, in fact the pieces may have been cut to size already. Regrettably, when you contacted us the next day, your order had been 'cut' which is why we were forced to turn down your request to cancel. The associate also explained this to you over the call.
Despite there being no error from our side:
1. We upgraded your order to Priority at no extra charge; it would be produced ahead of other orders with regular turnaround
2. Although even with Priority the delivery date on your order is 19 July, we promised to dispatch your order by Monday, 28 June
3. Sensing your urgency, we produced it within 24 hours and dispatched it on 25 June itself
