I received my lawn mower two days ago, I had issues from the start with the shipping date. I spoke to three people on the phone, and none of them spoke clear English. One person told me that he was going to put my order on hold, and he did for three days. I called back and was told by two more people that they could not cancel my order because it was in production. I put the cover on my lawn mower which was so big that it could cover my mower two times. The material is high-grade plastic, the draw strings when pulled has no effect on the cover. There are two upsides down pockets, for what I do not know. I just got off the phone with another agent that spoke bad English. He told me to do #$@^7*%#$$^, exactly the call was so bad I just said thank you to get off the phone. $110 dollars for something I cannot use.

Although the back and forth on the measurements were a little too much, the overall experience was still fairly good. I provided the name and the product dimensions along with a picture of the sun bed, however there were still several follow ups and request for additional measurements. I don't understand why the designers were not able to infer the appropriate dimensions from the initial information. After 3 back and forth, I asked another question, however it was never addressed and the product was just shipped.

We offer custom handmade covers in almost any shape and size, including those for popular brands and models. However, even specific models may show variation by the manufacturer from time to time. Hence, each order still needs to be placed with the exact measurements of the equipment you wish to cover. With physical access to the equipment, you are the best person to provide accurate measurements.
Per our records, we sent the first drawing asking for the mid-height, and then the second drawing according to the mid-height and new back height you provided. There was no third interaction.
Please accept our sincere apologies for missing your last question which was about leeway. As mentioned on the product page, "We add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth, for an easy pull-in, pull-out." However, we understand this should have been communicated before the order was produced. Appropriate feedback will certainly be shared with the operator.

I was replacing a cover from another company because rain was penetrating the old cover and the cushions were getting soaked. I looked for a different cover company and found Covers and All.
ORDERING WAS EASY, The cover is performing well, I'm interested in seeing how the durability will hold up, previously covers from other manufacturers have only lasted about a year before they start to deteriorate.

We offer several turnaround options - Standard Ground, Express, and Priority. The delivery date and cost for each method are displayed during checkout so you can make an informed choice. The selected method and delivery date are also mentioned on your order confirmation email, which is sent immediately when an order is successfully placed.
Your order was placed on 8 June with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 23 June. This date was displayed to you before you clicked on PLACE ORDER.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we aim to dispatch every order as quickly we can. We are happy to cancel and refund any item on your order as long as it has not moved into production. Regrettably, when you contacted us on 10 June, your order was already in production and was almost completed, which is why we were forced to turn down your request to cancel. Each associate that you communicated with very clearly stated that the order was already in production and could not be canceled. We also take note of your chat conversation in which you stated "I was not asking you I was informing you. When it arrives I will send it back no worries. I was trying to make the process easier."
The order was put on hold upon your insistence; the hold was removed on 15 June after your phone conversation in which you said "sure send it out but I will send it back". It was then dispatched on 16 June and per the FedEx tracking page delivered and signed for on 23 June. Had we not lost a week due to the hold, you would have recived your order at least a week earlier than promised.
With regard to the cover, we passionately handcraft hundreds of products each day by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake; we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established. Having said that, it seems highly unlikely that we would make such a significant error in the size. Kindly compare the measurements you provided (listed on your order confirmation email) with the size of the cover.
When you called us to report this issue, our associate guided you to write to us at [email protected] with pictures showing the incorrect measurement. We have checked the call recording; though the conversation seems to be lucid we apologize if you found it difficult to understand. However, we note that you are aware we also offer chat support and you could have just as easily communicated with us via chat or requested a call back by a supervisor.
Interestingly, while your complaint is about the size of the cover, we see that you also raised a dispute on this transaction on 18 June with Amazon Pay.
