Covers All reps easy to work with. Highly recommend these guys. They do a mock up of the cover and send to customer to approve before they produce cover. Love that it is a custom cover since I was unable to find the right size cover for my Mr Heater Low Profile Patio Heater. Will use these guys again when I need a cover.

I was charged $60.00 to have product here before the 23rd of December after having to add more grommets and webbing I was informed it would not arrive until the 26th I intended to give for a gift when I found out it would not arrive in time I asked to have it shipped regular shipping which would have been free. The representative told me it had gone to production and she could not refund the shipping, when I asked to talk to her manager she asked me if they could call back in a hour which I agreed, hour and a half went by no calls so I called again got a different rep.then my phone started to ring it was them, he told me not to answer it that he could help me, seconds later transfers me back to the other rep. Needless to say got the run around and still charge $60.00 for a gift that didn't arrive before Christmas as I paid extra for.
