Hello Helen. We are sorry to note your disappointment. With every order, we strive to provide you a smooth buying experience. Please accept our apologies if we were unable to do so for you.

We passionately handcraft each cover according to the measurements and instructions you provide. The product page also encourages customers to attach reference pictures of the article being covered; regrettably, no pictures were attached to the order.

Our records indicate that a drawing of the cover was sent within 48 hours of the order being placed. Each subsequent drawing was sent due to requested changes. We are sorry if this inconvenienced you, however, we are meticulous with the design to ensure that your cover fits well.

To maintain the timeline quoted when your order was placed, we did follow up via email and call after each revised drawing. It seems the extended duration between order placement and eventual dispatch of the order was due to significant delays from your side in responding to the drawings and notes we sent.

You can view the final agreed dimensions by signing in to your Coversandall account. Kindly compare the agreed size with the cover you have received. If you find a discrepancy, please take a picture of the product showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure and email us at [email protected]. We are committed to replacing any cover that has not been fabricated as ordered. Note that as mentioned on the product page, "We add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth, for an easy pull-in, pull-out."

Custom Cover Fits Perfect

Ordered custom cover for outdoor grill and egg setup. The design team reached out requesting pictures and worked with me to ensure the cover would fit. Looks great and is perfect. Once the dimensions were finalized, the cover was manufactured an FX shipped within a week or so.

Hello Michael. We are sorry you feel that way.

We are unable to locate any communication from your registered contact details. Regrettably, in the absence of communication that we can review, we are at a disadvantage in determining the reason for your dissatisfaction.

With regard to canceling an order, each order confirmation email clearly states:

"Please check the details of your order. In case of any changes, kindly inform us within 2 hours of placing the order via phone or chat. Please note that post 2 hours, we won't be able to accommodate changes on the placed order."

Nevertheless, we are happy to cancel and refund any item on your order even beyond these 2 hours, as long as it has not moved into production. Your order was placed on 20 July with Priority shipping for delivery by 29 July. It was moved to production within 3 hours and dispatched the next day (21 July).

Donna, we are sorry to note the issue. Please note that our website mentions that we provide additional leeway on a given width or depth so that it is easy to put on and take off a cover. Sadly, as this was a bespoke cover that was made to ordered dimensions, we are unable to replace or redo it free of charge. But, given the fact that an error is always possible when ordering a custom cover for the very first time, we would be happy to offer a separate 10% discount (apart from any of our period offers that one might avail if applicable) to help you reorder the good(s) with the right measurements. Please reference this conversation when approaching our support team via chat or email and state the same in your order notes when reordering the goods so that the additional discount can be offered or credited back to you. Defective Product

Material was flawed. Store credit was offered. Why would I want store credit when the original product was deective?

Glenda, we are sorry to note that the material received had a snag or a defect in it. Our orders are usually checked for quality prior to despatch, thus we aren't sure how this passed as it is. On the other hand, the damage could also have occurred in transit when the goods are moved across customs or courier depots. Nevertheless, we appreciate your dissatisfaction with the issue. Our complaints team executive had last offered a 20% store credit as the images shared as evidence indicated that the problem lay within a very small area of the fabric and that it was still usable.
But then, if your find this resolution unsuitable, we would be pleased to offer 2 alternatives -
A.) A 25% reimbursement of the product cost that will be credited back to your payment instrument
B.) A replacement at a fresh charge of 60% of the product cost ( because of the uncertainty of the grounds which led to this damage).
In case you find one of these to be workable, we would request you to reference this conversation when reaching over to our complaints team or when connecting with our 24 x 7 chat support so that the desired action can be initiated for this order.

30' long BBQ island cover

The cover I need for this island was a bit complicated. The L shaped island was not 90 degrees, it had a sink faucet and it was very large. After some back in forth with the company on the dimensions the first one showed up slightly incorrect. I sent photos and more dimensions and a correct cover showed up within two weeks. I was expecting some push back but received none. Very impressed with Covers and All customer service department.
