With regard to canceling an order, each order confirmation email clearly states:
"Please check the details of your order. In case of any changes, kindly inform us within 2 hours of placing the order via phone or chat. Please note that post 2 hours, we won't be able to accommodate changes on the placed order."
Nevertheless, we are happy to cancel and refund any item on your order even beyond these 2 hours, as long as it has not moved into production. Your order was placed on 20 July with Priority shipping for delivery by 29 July. It was moved to production within 3 hours and dispatched the next day (21 July).

The covers for perfectly and were a heavier material than I had expected. I am very happy with them.

Unfortunately, I took the advice of the website and added additional inches to the overall dimensions for my ottoman cover. As a result, it is saggy.

Sadly, as this was a bespoke cover that was made to ordered dimensions, we are unable to replace or redo it free of charge. But, given the fact that an error is always possible when ordering a custom cover for the very first time, we would be happy to offer a separate 10% discount (apart from any of our period offers that one might avail if applicable) to help you reorder the good(s) with the right measurements. Material was flawed. Store credit was offered. Why would I want store credit when the original product was deective?
Glenda, we are sorry to note that the material received had a snag or a defect in it. Our orders are usually checked for quality prior to despatch, thus we aren't sure how this passed as it is. On the other hand, the damage could also have occurred in transit when the goods are moved across customs or courier depots. Nevertheless, we appreciate your dissatisfaction with the issue. Our complaints team executive had last offered a 20% store credit as the images shared as evidence indicated that the problem lay within a very small area of the fabric and that it was still usable.
But then, if your find this resolution unsuitable, we would be pleased to offer 2 alternatives -
A.) A 25% reimbursement of the product cost that will be credited back to your payment instrument
B.) A replacement at a fresh charge of 60% of the product cost ( because of the uncertainty of the grounds which led to this damage).

Great cover for hot tub winter cover, will definitely help save the new cover we got
The cover I need for this island was a bit complicated. The L shaped island was not 90 degrees, it had a sink faucet and it was very large. After some back in forth with the company on the dimensions the first one showed up slightly incorrect. I sent photos and more dimensions and a correct cover showed up within two weeks. I was expecting some push back but received none. Very impressed with Covers and All customer service department.
