I had a pretty straightforward experience on the website - I selected the general shape I wanted and entered in the dimensions I needed to customize the cover size. Selected the type of material I wanted and ordered it.

During the ordering process they caught an obstruction in the picture and asked about it if before approving final design. It my case the obstruction was abe to be moved but if not the cover would have been useless.

Came well packaged and was easy to put over the furniture. The elastic at the bottom is generous and makes the table look well protected!
The high Quality of their Covers is second to none, simply the best. Their customer service is outstanding, and shipment from their manufacturer in India to the USA was surprisingly fast. When I received my cover it needed revisions so I contacted them and they promptly made me another cover and shipped it out and was received in 11 days. Cover is now perfect and made to look great and last a long time. Thanks Again Covers And All, a job well done. A truly Professional Company. Picture is a bit wrinkled from folding during shipment but will be fine over time.
I received my cover, it took a while to ship because it is made and comes from India. This was no problem I understand it had to be custom made then shipped to the USA. Overall Shipping was not bad. What was though is their customer service. I did a online chat session and got absolutely nowhere, the representative told me they would transfer to the feedback team, I emailed them also and never heard back from them. The issue with my cover was although it was of excellent quality and material they made the cover with a mesh rectangular opening on the back top of the cover so it can breath. So when it rains water gets in, defeats the whole purpose of the cover. My next problem is they did not design it right to fit over my wall mount even though I sent pictures and model #s to them like they asked along with the dimensions. Third I have openings on the bottom corners of the cover, the velcro strips on the bottom back do not go up high enough to enclose properly. I live in Las Vegas NV where it seldom rains but today it rained pretty good and I checked the tv afterwards and it was indeed wet inside. I never give bad reviews even if the product is not up to par. But in the case the poor customer service prompted me to give this review. Overall this could be a exceptional cover if they ever got back to me and fix the problems I have, the quality of material used is excellent, the production was poor. I will post a follow up If they get a hold of me and fix my issues.
Found Covers & All while searching for custom covers for our non-standard heaters. Took some quick measurements using the guidance on the site and ordered our covers. The covers shipped / arrived earlier than promised. The elastic at the bottom makes them a little challenging to put on / take off, but it also keeps the cover in place so its worth it.
Everything on the website says Georgia, USA, but talking to customer service, everything is in India. This misdirection disappoints me. One of the representatives told me when I asked him directly that he was in Georgia... I don't believe that, as the second guy was Indian as well.
HOWEVER!: Once I placed the order, they contacted me for clarification on my design, then went back and forth a few times until I was happy with it before proceeding. Then when I got it, I found that they added a pocket and a vent that I didn't even ask for which was a nice little bonus. The cover fit very well, and I'm really impressed with the quality of the cover - so glad I went with the heaviest material.

I am very glad I found Cover All. I use to have to store all the outdoor furnitures under a tarp. Cushions would be left in the rain because there were too many to put away every day. Now I can leave them out and just put the custom cover over it. I'm excited not to have to store anything away but cover it all and leave it with cushions/pillows all winter. It's great to work with the engineer dept to custom covers. The only draw backs are the colors fabric. Blue looks like navy blue on site but after receiving it's not. Second is shipping as not as fast but I guess it's because of fabricating cover to you specifications. I'll be purchasing pillow covers next, Hope I can get a discount since it will be my 5th cover purchase
