I ordered a custom shade sail. I had an issue with the fit when received. It was cut to measurements I provided, but did not fit as I expected. Customer service was very helpful in helping me reorder, with site discount and receive the second custom order quickly.

They wanted to get the perfect fit with all the measurements. They reviewed the images I provided and had a quick turn around. Highly recommend.
Good quality, fast service. The fabric is solid and it looks like it should last for a long time. I will need to get 1-inch straps with a small buckle to tide it up outside again in winter winds. It will hold to hold it in place.

I immediately noticed an issue with what was ordered (wrong color), I immediately notified via in page notification (email). I was notified the next day that the material had "already been cut and there would be an up charge. Not a significant amount, around $18. However, the end product is fantastic and well made! It was still, even with the extra cost, worth the purchase.

I ordered two square covers for the seats, and two trapeze for the back of my rockers. I got 4 squares. I sent them a message on their site, and have yet to get a response. I'll try calling next week, but I dislike the extra work.

Nice heavy duty Travel Trailer propane cover. I had another cover special made several years ago and it is outside 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week and still looks brand new. I have no doubt this cover will stand up to the weather in Colorado as well.

Hello Kevin. We are sorry to note your disappointment.
However, your covers were dispatched on 7 July and we had also shared the FedEx tracking information with you via email.
Per the FedEx tracking page, delivery attempts were made on 14,15 and 16 July with the result "Customer not available or business closed." Each time, FedEx also left a door tag with instructions for rearranging delivery and/or the location you could pick it up from. Per the standard process, since no contact was made by you with the local FedEx facility, the package was eventually discarded.
Despite there being no error from our side we did issue replacement covers which were delivered on 13 August.
