I filed a complaint upon receipt of product, informed review committee that product was made incorrectly took picture and copy of order with the correct measurements that were sent according to your diagram on how to show measurements and heard on Friday July 30 that I would hear something back in 72 hours. It is now Aug 3 2021 and I have had no update on how this will be fixed. The product sent is too wide and not long enough. Need a replacement sent immediately.

Our records show that on 30 July our support team did request you to raise a ticket through your Coversandall account. The requested pictures were provided on 4 August, following which our Quality team did respond within 6 hours.
From the pictures you shared with us, the article you are covering is a stand up air conditioner. However, your order was placed for a window air conditioner cover. As shown in the examples on the product page, this cover is open at the back. Placing the cover that way you will find the measurements match those provided with the order.
Had we been contacted immediately after the order was placed, this would have been an easy correction to make. Understandably, since each cover is custom made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any error from our side. If we do make an error in fabricating a cover, we are firmly committed to issuing a replacement.
Very unsatisfactory. I sent my measurements but received an email to send different measurements. I did and the cover is way too big. Also I ordered a navy blue cover and received some ugly shade of blue.

Custom boat cushion canvas covers are not always an option. These were affordable, quick, and did the job.

To validate that we have erred, pictures (or in some cases a video) clearly demonstrating the incorrect measurements are necessary and also mentioned as a requirement in our Terms of Use. This is also quicker than sending the cover back and waiting for it to reach us.
