Nice easy process so far for ordering the chimney cover. Delivery was prompt. I can't give a complete review until the installing is done. I am not happy. I ended up with something I can't used. They said they would sent me a drawing for final approval. So I ordered my tarp with rough size and wait for drawing. About 7 days later I sent an E- mail they never responded then 2 days later I called and they said they shipped it. Now l have something that doesn't work!

We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom covers each day, following the measurements and instructions you provide. Admittedly sometimes we make a mistake; however, we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity.
To validate that we have erred, pictures (or in some cases a video) clearly demonstrating the incorrect measurements are necessary and also mentioned as a requirement in our Terms of Use. This is also quicker than sending the cover back and waiting for it to reach us. Considering the amount of work and material that go into making each cover, we feel it is fair that the error be pointed out beyond doubt. Our intent is certainly not to make it difficult or inconvenient for you, and we apologize if that is the impression we projected.

1. Actual measurements of your grill
2. Pictures of the cover skirted on the grill and showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure
3. A picture of the white taffeta label sewn on an inside edge of the cover

The custom design required detailed measurements. The engineering dept. was able to make everything fit just perfect. Very pleased with the quality of the product.

I was able to also have a choice to have my cover sent directly to me instead of going for packaging and labeling first. I came very quickly. It shipped out within 6 days after I ordered.

We handcraft each product by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide.
A drawing is not sent automatically on ALL orders; we only send it upon request or when we find ambiguity in the measurements provided.
We have checked the phone conversation you had with us on 20 July; the associate never promised a drawing. If required we are happy to send you a recording of the said conversation. The next call we received was on 1 August, when your order had already been dispatched and was in transit.
