I am very satisfied with the level of service provided. I sent photos and dimensions of my grill and after 2 emails to clarify all the information, I was sent a drawing for final approval. The fit is perfect!
Ordered a firepit cover. Was too small. They required pictures - no problem. Then they required MORE pictures and measurements. And once more they required more specific pictures. OK. Then they said they'd remake the product but I'd have to pay shipping fees. I said, "no dice", it was YOUR mistake. I sent them a copy of the original order. They did remake and send it at their cost finally.

I ordered a dining cover via phone. I requested 90 dia, 30 height. I received 15 height. I am stuck with a cover that does not fit. The customer service is overseas, and difficult to work with.
