I am very satisfied with the level of service provided. I sent photos and dimensions of my grill and after 2 emails to clarify all the information, I was sent a drawing for final approval. The fit is perfect!
Ordered a firepit cover. Was too small. They required pictures - no problem. Then they required MORE pictures and measurements. And once more they required more specific pictures. OK. Then they said they'd remake the product but I'd have to pay shipping fees. I said, "no dice", it was YOUR mistake. I sent them a copy of the original order. They did remake and send it at their cost finally.
You folks are the only ones I found which would allow me to send you a customized set of dimensions for my irregular fountain style. I think this is important.

Thought the fact that the company sent me a picture of the new cover prior to making it was fabulous. I actually changed the color once I saw it. That is a great feature for the customer!

We spoke to a man on the phone so that we could be sure and get the correct measurements, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Received damage product, contacted customer service, send picture, as of today over a week later no response and no refund received
I ordered a dining cover via phone. I requested 90 dia, 30 height. I received 15 height. I am stuck with a cover that does not fit. The customer service is overseas, and difficult to work with.

Nice easy process so far for ordering the chimney cover. Delivery was prompt. I can't give a complete review until the installing is done. I need someone to do that for me, a relative who is waiting for cooler and cloudy weather. No time line when that is going to happen. A formal review of this product will have to wait.
