I was so impressed the time the design team took to draft to my custom cushion requirements and immediately provided adjustments for me to approve. Once I'd approved the design, the cushions were made and shipped very promptly. I received the cushions in less than a week and the quality exceeded my expectations. Very happy!

The custom made cushion covers were easy to order and were made, shipped and delivered within a 2 week window. Customer service team member was very helpful when I placed my order and had made a mistake in the chosen colour. This was corrected promptly.
The only downfall is the colour chosen did not match the colour received.
