Would recommend buying process was straight forward. Shipping was a little confusing but customer service took care of and mishaps. Colour rang is a little basic and would love the option to add bright cushions, but would gladly recommend.

The tarp I ordered asked for no grommets, it came with 4 grommets. The fabric also had stretch makings all over it, it's not a solid tan color D expected.
Material appears to be quite thick and well made.
I paid a premium for delivery as I really needed the product by a certain date. The delivery was late by a number of days which meant that I had to purchase an alternative product to allow me to travel on my holiday. I believe the $25.00 paid for the premium postage should be refunded as the set delivery date was not met. Instead I have received an email stating that as a compensation I can receive 50% off shipping on future orders which is not really satisfactory.

Very easy to use website to select the type of cover, enter your dimensions and its processed so easily. Cover is high quality even came with side vents and handle straps.
The new covers make the 10 year old cane setting brand new for a fraction of replacement cost.
