Quick delivery but product doesn't do what it says it will

It's just so easy to follow how to and put in measurements on the order guide. Staff are very quick to respond to any and all enquiries through the chat. Love the fact the more you order over a certain amount it gets cheaper not more expensive. Products are at your front door quickly. Products are well made, strong stitching, fabrics a durable and weatherproof. Made my online ordering experience a breeze.

Very happy with my custom cushion covers. The beige is a bit darker than I'd expected but it looks great, the material is quality and the stitching etc looks like these will go the distance. Would happily order from this company again.

I purchased a canvas cover for a rooftop tent, provided the details of the tent and had the cover made to fit. The whole process was super easy from start to finish and the cover arrived really quickly, especially considering the Christmas period peak in postage. Cannot fault the process, and would definately order again. Thanks for an easy and on-time Christmas present.

I would have rated the overall order to delivery experience a 10/10 if it weren't for the failure of your courier company to advise me of a specic day of delivery so I could arrange to work from home to sign for my package. Giving me am estimated time of 3 days is impractical as there are some of us who need to work from the office. TNTs online redirection form doesn't actually work so there's another issue. Your courier company need to improve their process

Overall very satisfied with the purchase from ease of order placement and price to speedy delivery and quality of the tv cover. It has obviously been made to the specified dimensions as it is a perfect fit for the television. Strongly recommend if you need a cover you try these guys out.

When I ordered my cover it appeared to come with a cushion,how ever it didn't. I was a bit disappointed. However I am happy with the cover itself.

I was very pleased with the finished product, and the chat service when I had queries around my measurements was outstanding. Highly recommend. Delivery was fast. Only recommendation is to change the Australian website from inches to cm / mm.
