Website payment section is difficult to use and emails confirming purchase, shipment and expected delivery not received. Product great but I was concerned it wasn't coming due to lack of communication and issues with website when purchasing.

Easy tracking of order
The website was very professional & user friendly which made it very easy to determine the correct measurements & place my order. I was concerned when I received a shipping notification confirming my order was coming from India. This was not made clear on the website as it displayed their location as being in Salisbury, Australia. I had paid for the express service which of course did not happen given my covers had to come from India. I contacted Covers & All which connected me to India. I was told there was no Australian location and/or phone number on their website despite the fact that I was looking at it on their website during our conversation. I was concerned & felt this was misleading to the customer however I tracked my parcel & received it reasonably quickly. The covers I ordered were the perfect size and are of excellent quality. Despite my concern regarding the website transparency, I would not hesitate to place another order with Covers & All. Apart from this one issue, I can not fault their service or the quality of the items I received.

Material quality was great and really suits the space.
I really liked how I could custom make my own design and level of protection that I needed. Design was easy online,I was kept informed of my cover progress witched I loved. Easy payment, great overall experience. The cover I had made was a cover for my telescope mount in my back yard. So as you can imagine i need it to be durable and water proof. I did find a few tiny holes in the stitching that I could only see holding up to the light. Normally not a problem for furniture coverings etc but for my expensive telescope I needed the next level. To be fair I did not specify what I was using this for and the quality was still excellent. This was an easy fix with a tiny amount of vinyl silicon of a few of the tiny spots of the stitching and no problem. I would recommend Custom covers and I will be using them again.

This is the second lot of outdoor furniture seat covers l have ordered. Everything is very well made, very robust and exactly the size ordered.I like the detail of the piping, and the fabric is very hard-earned. I appreciate the extra length zips which made cover removal and replacement easy. My order arrived very quickly, and the products are well priced. Will definitely use again and recommend highly.
