Your contact centre and availability needs work. You asked a question of me to which I provided the necessary information however the order remained at in production status. You actually required more information but didn't tell what you needed until I started chasing. That is when I discovered how awkward it was to contact you. The product is fine, well made and the size I ordered.

Several emails were received with sketches to ensure the correct placement of zips and ties, which I edited and returned.
The parcel was dumped in the front gate instead of being delivered to unit 7. There was only one 'hole' on one corner, not one on either side so it could be tied down.

I telephoned to double check my measurements. Am happy I did as I discovered the colour choice was limited due to the type of durability I chose.
